A Look Ahead: This Week at Buffalo State

Stay warm, Bengals. Before you know it, it’ll be spring! In the meantime, there’s a lot happening on campus, like Yamato, the Drummers of Japan, who bring their high-energy show to the Performing Arts Center at Rockwell Hall on Thursday, February 13, at 8:00 p.m. Be amazed as dozens of percussionists play traditional Japanese taiko drums made from a 400-year-old tree. Their live performances are full of intensity. Part of Buffalo State College’s Great Performers Series sponsored by M&T Bank. Ticket information is available online. Here’s a look at some of the other things going on this week, including a few of the ongoing campus events taking place in celebration of Black History Month. Remember to stay connected all semester long with Life at Buff State on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. And don’t forget the many professional development opportunities (PDF, 132 KB) for Buffalo State faculty and staff members.
