Information Session: Alternative Fall Break

12:00 p.m. 1:00 p.m. End Time
12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. | Bacon Hall 115

The Alternative Break (AB) program aims to encourage active citizenship through volunteering and community change. These alcohol and drug-free events provide Buffalo State students the opportunity to learn about social issues and community assets, get to know fellow classmates and community members, make an impact, and grow in leadership and teamwork skills.

Alternative Fall Break will be a veterans’ focused experience for participants during the Veterans' Day weekend, November 8–November 11. Participants will be volunteering at a food pantry, homeless shelter, and helping to organize an event benefiting injured veterans. Attend an information session run by members of the Alternative Break student leadership team to learn about the details of this experience and general information about Alternative Break.
