In the wake of the Hurricane Sandy and nor'easter threats, and with winter just around the corner, it is time to begin preparing for winter weather, if you have not done so already. The CERT Task Force welcomes Aaron Mentkowski, meteorologist from WKBW Channel 7 news, to discuss Hurricane Sandy, Buffalo weather history, and power outage preparations.
