Decoda is a New York City-based modular chamber ensemble dedicated to creating meaningful musical experiences through dynamic performances, education, and a quest for social impact. As part of their residency in Buffalo, members of the group will work with Buffalo State students, Buffalo Public School students, and students from Buffalo String Works. 

This concert will feature ensemble members, Anna Elashvili, violin; Carol McGonnell, clarinet; Angelina Gadeliya, piano; and Caitlin Sullivan, cello. Works will include:

Dvorak – Bagetelles (1st mvt)
Bartok -- Sebes (3rd mvt) from Contrasts
Kinan Azmeh -- The Fence, The Rooftop, and the Distant Sea (mvts. 1,2,4,5) 
Shulamit Ran -- Soliloquy
Mohammed Fairouz -- piano miniature no. 11 ‘For Syria’ 
Hindemith -- Clarinet Quartet

Admission is $10, students free.
