Women's Volleyball Loses Two at Plattsburgh

PLATTSBURGH, NY--Buffalo State (3-20) dropped a pair of straight-game matches at the Plattsburgh Invitational, falling to the host school and Clarkson.

In the opening match, Plattsburgh posted a 30-22, 30-27 and 30-16 victory. Jessica Guadagno (N. Collins/N. Collins) had five kills and three blocks, and Paige Kaiser (Grand Island/Hammondsport) added 17 digs.

In the night cap, Clarkson cruised to a 30-15, 30-23 and 30-22 win. Katelin Grew (Lackawanna/Mt. Mercy) led the Bengals with eight kills, two aces and five digs.

Buffalo State will continue at the Plattsburgh Invitational tomorrow.
