BUFFALO, NY--Meredith Larsen (Ann Arbor, MI/Pioneer) made 44 saves and Kelsey Truran (Berkley, MI/Berkley) scored with just two seconds remaining in regulation as Buffalo State (4-11-2) tied Bethel (7-8-2), 1-1, today in a non-conference game in the Ice Arena.

Heidi Govednick finally opened the scoring for Bethel with a break-away goal 4:27 into the third period. Buffalo State pulled its goalie in the closing seconds and Truran tipped a shot from Melissa Jeckovich (Niagara Falls/Niagara Falls) past the Royals' goaltender to force the overtime period.
