Performance Highlights Music of African Diaspora

Diaspora, a trio dedicated to studying, teaching, and performing percussion music of the African Diaspora, will perform on April 17 at 7:30 p.m. in the Louis P. Ciminelli Recital Hall.

The trio, composed of Ringo Brill, Tiffany Nicely, and Gabriel Gutierrez, will perform with the West African Drumming Ensemble and the S.P.i.R.i.T Gospel Choir. Admission is $10 and free for students, although a ticket is required.

To purchase tickets, charge by phone at (716) 878-3005 or online. Free admission tickets are only available in person at the Rockwell Hall box office with valid student ID. The box office is open Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and one hour prior to concert time.
