St. Norbert, the No. 2-ranked team in the nation, proved too strong for Buffalo State (2-2), as the Green Knights skated to a 6-1 victory on their home ice in De Pere, Wisconsin.

St. Norbert took a 3-0 lead early in the second period, before Greg Prybylski (Cheektowaga/Cheektowaga) scored for the Bengals with assists from (Jeff Mok (Richmond Hill, ON/Richmond Hill) and Mike DeMarco (Niagara Falls/Niagara Falls). St. Norbert added two more goals in the second period, and another in the third, however, for the five-goal victory.
