Trekking with Mountain Gorillas
Classroom Building B116
Join the Anthropology Society for a talk by associate professor of anthropology Julie Wieczkowski on her experiences trekking with mountain gorillas in Uganda. Open to all Buffalo State students. Lunch will also be offered.

Horizon Health Services Therapy Dog Workshop
Science and Mathematics Complex 169
Weigel Health Promotions will host a therapy dog workshop through Horizon Health Services Therapy dogs are a great way to relieve stress. A therapy dog will be present to pet throughout the program.

Buffalo State Philharmonia Orchestra
Performing Arts Center at Rockwell Hall
The Buffalo State Philharmonia Orchestra will perform a free classical music concert. The performance features winners in the Young Artist Competition in which professional musicians evaluate Buffalo State students on musical proficiency and aptitude. Spring Health Fair
Campbell Student Union Lobby
Please join health and wellness majors for a Spring Health Fair in the Campbell Student Union lobby. The event is designed to enhance college students’ health and well-being. Visit exhibits created by health and wellness majors that are engaging and interactive. Participants will learn ways to stay healthy throughout the semester.

Wednesday, March 20, 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Meet the Author: Engelic Everett
Bacon Hall 215
The Council for Exceptional Children presents an evening with Engelic Everett. Everett, an author of children's books who attended Buffalo State, will speak to about her journey through Buffalo Public Schools and her continuation to Buffalo State. Everett will touch on the hurdles she has had to overcome and the ways in which it made her a better person. She will also discuss some of the children's books she has written. Dinner will be provided.

Thursday, March 21, 7:30 p.m.
Buffalo State Choir Spring Concert
Performing Arts Center at Rockwell Hall
The Buffalo State Chorale will perform under the direction of John Fleischman and the Buffalo State Chamber Choir will perform under the direction of Dr. Victoria Furby. The concert is free and open. Everyone is welcome to attend. For more information, call (716) 878-3005.

Accessibility: Designing Access to All Learners Conference
Campbell Student Union Social Hall
This conference will give participants the awareness, skills, and tools needed to support diverse learners of all abilities. Creating accessible digital content minimizes barriers to learning, while supporting academic excellence. Universal Design for Learning principles focus on creating flexible learning environments that can accommodate individual learning differences.

Buffalo State Wind Ensemble
Performing Arts Center at Rockwell Hall

Saturday, March 23, 8:00 p.m.
Big Bad Voodoo Daddy
Performing Arts Center at Rockwell Hall
Jazz and swing band Big Bad Voodoo Daddy will perform. The band’s music has appeared in countless films and television shows, including The Wild, Despicable Me, Phineas & Ferb, Friends, Third Rock From The Sun, Ally McBeal, and So You Think You Can Dance. The concert is part of Buffalo State’s Great Performers Series, sponsored by M&T Bank. Tickets range from $32 to $40.
