Understanding Scholarly Impact

Understanding scholarly impact can help you decide where to publish; helps you see the impact of your publications; and helps you explain the importance of scholarship to your students. This session will provide a solid overview of scholarly impact to give you insight into this important field in academics.

Music Matters

The student chapter of the NAACP will hold a discussion on different outlets for music.

Buffalo State Jazz Ensemble
Performing Arts Center at Rockwell Hall
The Buffalo State Jazz Ensemble will perform under the direction of Dr. Rick Fleming. The concert is free and open. Everyone is welcome to attend.

Sunday, November 25, 9:45 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Amherst State Park Hike
Amherst State Park (pictured), 390 Mill St, Buffalo, NY 14221
Wilderness Adventures will be exploring Amherst State Park, including Glen Falls waterfall. Meet at Moot Circle at 9:45 a.m., and wear weather-appropriate clothing. The trip is rain or shine.
