Jazz Legend David Sanborn Takes Center Stage at Rockwell Hall

The Performing Arts Center at Rockwell Hall proudly presents the return of veteran alto sax master David Sanborn on Sunday, May 20 at 8:00 p.m. This is the final concert of the Performing Arts Center’s 2006-2007 Great Performers Series, presented by M&T Bank.
Tickets for David Sanborn are $30 each, with a discount for seniors and rush tickets for students. Tickets are on sale now and can be purchased at the Rockwell Hall Box Office, 1300 Elmwood Ave., by calling 716-878-3005 or online at www.buffalostate.edu/pac. Box Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Renowned and revered the world over as one of the greatest saxophone players of all-time, David Sanborn is an artist whose music has inspired countless other musicians while creating a body of work that spans the genres of rock ‘n’ roll, R&B, pop and jazz. A naturally gifted performer, David has helped defined the saxophone’s modern sound while influencing a generation.
