ITHACA, NY—Despite a career-high 24 points from Darnika Moseley (Liverpool/Liverpool), Buffalo State (4-10) lost its final non-conference game of the season 78-65 at Ithaca (5-8) tonight.

Moseley added 15 rebounds for her 24th career double-double. Jacey Brooks (Machias/Franklinville) added 15 points and seven boards for the Bengals.

After being tied 33-33 at halftime, Buffalo State held a narrow 54-53 lead with 9:02 remaining. The Bombers responded with a 15-4 run, however, and never looked back. Buffalo State continued its sloppy play with the ball, committing 28 giveaways, and was outscored 31-17 off turnovers. Ithaca shot 47-percent from the field for the game, compared to 36-percent shooting by the Bengals.

Buffalo State will host Potsdam for a SUNYAC game on Friday at 6 p.m.
