The United Nations was established in 1945 at the end of World War II to help stabilize international relations and give peace a more secure foundation. United Nations Week celebrates the organization and its achievements.
Buffalo State College will continue its commemoration with a Peace Conference for the Study of Understanding Community and Peace on Friday, Oct. 24 in Rockwell Hall.
