Buffalo State Dining: Project Clean Plate

12:30 p.m. 2:30 p.m. End Time
12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. | Campbell Student Union Resident Dining Hall

Project Clean Plate is a Chartwells program used in conjunction with tray-less dining which helps reduce food waste in our resident dining hall and creates awareness among students. Food waste is monitored at the disposal area and food waste is recorded and posted in the servery showing students month-by-month results. The posted results educate students about how much wasted food is thrown out on a daily basis, which could be prevented.

Participate in Project Clean Plate on April 23 from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. by returning a "clean plate" to the dish return area of the Resident Dining Hall and be entered to win a $25 Dining Dollar gift card!

Enter with a meal swipe or lunch door price of $8.79.
